According to reports, actor Abhishek Bachchan has purchased six flats in Mumbai’s Borivali locality, thus increasing his real estate holdings. The properties’ total worth is estimated at Rs 15.42 crore.

Details of Abhishek Bachchan’s property purchase
As per documents accessed by Zapkey.com, the apartments are located in the Oberoi Sky City project by Oberoi Realty. This makes a grand total of 4,894 square feet for all of these six units with a per sq ft price of Rs 31498. Money Control reports that the sale was finalized on May 2024.
The property registration documents reveal details on the individual apartments:
First apartment: Carpet area covers an area of 1,101 sq ft and it has been bought for Rs 3.42 crore.
Second and Third apartments: Each measuring an area of 252 sqft and they have been priced alternatively at Rs 79 lakh.
Fourth and Fifth apartments: Covering carpet areas of1,101 sq ft and 1,094 sq ft respectively–sold for Rs 3.52 crore and Rs 3.39 crore respectively (source).
Sixth apartment: Priced similarly at Rs3.39 crore as well.
The flats reside on the 57th floor within one high-rise building along Western Express Highway (WEH) in Borivali East, whose occupation certificate is already out.
