There are reports that the Mumbai actor Aamir Khan has acquired another property in Bandra, a swanky suburb of Mumbai. The Bollywood star has recently bought a new mansion in Bandra from where he owns several other residential facilities.

Details of Aamir Khan’s New Property
According to details examined and analyzed by SquareYards.com, the cost of the bungalow is INR 97.5 million ($0.13 million). The transaction was concluded on June 25th as per Zoom report which reveals that stamp duty charge of INR 5.8 million and registration fee of INR 3 thousand were paid. The property is situated at Bella Vista Apartments, Pali Hill, where Khan is said to own nine out of the twenty four units available in the complex; moreover he has some portions across three Marina Apartments buildings nearby.
Curiously enough, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao-Aamir Khan’s ex-wives also live in the same complex. Media insider indicates that this residential compound will soon give way for future redevelopment programs. The space occupied by his newest addition seems to be around one thousand twenty seven square feet.
Aamir Khan also owns properties outside Mumbai city limits. According to Housing.com, which provides rental properties in India, it was revealed that besides his flats on Carter Road there is a farmhouse located in Panchgani. Furthermore, some reports suggest he has invested heavily in Uttar Pradesh real estate market especially along metro routes.

Unfortunately for him though, his last film Laal Singh Chaddha did not do well both critically as well as commercially. When compared with Forrest Gump; however, a revival is expected later this year with Sitaare Zameen Par which would mark a sequel to Taare Zameen Par of 2007 that performed exceptionally well at the box office.
