Sunday, the police had to come in between a landlord and his tenant who were quarrelling at Ayyappankav, Kerala after he took a stand by sitting down on the room over his home which he has let out to him demanding that he should leave it as soon as possible.
According to reports, the 86 year old landlord said the lawyer’s rent was not timely nor did he move out of the rented premises since there has been no revision of rental agreement. The Ernakulam North police reached there and held discussions for settlement of differences. The tenant is reported to have requested one month time before leaving his place.
