For allegedly trying to break Salman Khan’s security circle, Bandra police arrested the 21-year-old Ujjair Faiz Mohiuddin. The incident took place on the night of Tuesday, September 18, when the biker was trying to chase Khan in his convoy close to Mehboob Studios and Galaxy Apartments at high speed on a two-wheeler. Ujjair Faiz Mohiuddin was warned a number of times not to advance by Salman Khan’s bodyguards, but he continued to get closer.
Breach In Security Convoy
News reports suggested that the incident occurred between 12:15 AM and 12:25 AM while the wannabe Mohiuddin reportedly tried to reach Salman Khan’s car. With orders from his security team to stay away from Khalid, the 21-year old macho biker continued forcing his way toward Khalid. Hence khan’s body guards eventually arrested him and handed him over to bandra police station.
Legal Actions Taken
The police have slapped the charges of 125 (an act endangering life or personal safety of other) and 281 (rash driving) on the accused Ujjair Mohiuddin. During the interrogation of the accused it was come out that the accused in this case is a student who stays in the vicinity of Rizvi college in Bandra west.
Previous Incident Involving Salman Khan’s Father
It should be noted that on the next day Wednesday morning Salman Khan’s father movie churner Mr. Salim Khan came under a possible threat. Reports say that two people who approached Salim Khan during his normal morning walk. One of these men riding a scooty made some remarks in the context of Lawrence Bishnoi the gangster and said ‘Lawrence Bishnoi ko bheju kya’ and drove away on the scooty.
After this complaint from Salim Khan the police managed to arrest the assailants using CCTV footage. During interrogations, the man disclosed that he did this to get his girlfriend’s attention. The police have charged both men with sections 353(2) public mischief), 292 honorable Nuisance which is not otherwise provided for, and 3(5) general explanation of Bharat Sanhita at the Bandra police station.
