Nandini milk increase of ₹2 proportionate to 50 ml extra milk per sachet

CM Siddaramaiah defended the increase in price of Nandini Milk, saying that it was “not a hike” and this has been supported by the opposition.

To ensure that excess producing dairy farmers are not turned away at the procurement centers, KMF did what they have done.

At present, Nandini’s 500 ml toned milk packet costs ₹22. That will be replaced with a 550 ml pack at ₹24 by KMF today.

Similarly, a 1 litre (1000ml) pack which was going for ₹42 will henceforth be sold as a 1050ml sachet at ₹44.
